About Quenby

Quenby Home & Outdoor started in 2011 as a single hardware and garden shop outside Columbus, Ohio. We moved online a few years later because customers kept asking us to ship the patio sets and grills they couldn't find locally. These days most of our orders leave a fulfillment center in central Ohio, but the idea is the same one we started with: sensible outdoor goods at a fair price, backed by people who'll actually pick up the phone.

What we sell

Patio and outdoor furniture, grills and fire pits, raised beds and planters, sheds and storage, plus the everyday tools and hardware that go with all of it. We stock a mix of our own house lines and products from independent partners who sell through our marketplace.

How we think about it

We're not trying to carry everything. We'd rather stock fewer things and know them well, so the specs on the page match what shows up at your door. If something arrives damaged or just isn't right, our returns policy is meant to be painless.
