Most items can be returned within 30 days of delivery. Here's how it works.
The 30-day window
You have 30 days from the delivery date to start a return on most products. Items should be in their original condition, and it helps to keep the packaging where you can. A few things can't be returned once they've been used or assembled, such as clearance items marked final sale; those are noted on the product page.
Starting a return
Sign in to your account, open the order, and choose the item you want to send back. We'll email a prepaid label for most returns. For large or freight items (patio sets, sheds, grills) we may arrange a pickup instead, so pick the reason that fits and we'll follow up with the details.
Damaged or defective on arrival
If something shows up broken or missing parts, you don't need to ship it back before we help. Start the return and add a couple of photos, or reach out through the contact page. We'll send a replacement part, a replacement item, or a refund, whichever you'd rather have.
How refunds are issued
Refunds go back to the original payment method used on the order. Once your return is received and checked in, most refunds post within 3 to 5 business days, though your bank or card issuer can take a little longer to show it on your statement. We don't issue refunds to a different card or account than the one used at checkout.
Return shipping
Return shipping is free when the return is our fault (damaged, defective, or the wrong item shipped). For a change-of-mind return, a flat return shipping fee may be deducted from your refund, and it'll be shown before you confirm.
